Reflection: An example with this quote is that if we study for the test. We won't have to fear failing or being nervous, because if you studied you know your going to pass it but if you don't then you might as well fail it or somehow get lucky. Another example is what if you do something bad in school. So people are trying to see how it was , but you don't wan to confess. And when they do find out you will get in trouble. Also you will be in even more trouble because you lied about not doing it. Your trust is now lost.
