                                              Physical Fitness

But we know what the greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of there capacity when the body is healthy and strong.''  - President John F. Kennedy

Reflection: The importance of fitness really is important. It can affect what you do on a daily bases. Depending on the case. It can make the easiest things harder to do and more complex than ever. Like for example being excessivily over weight can affect how you feel about running, maybe even walking. It can make things harder to do. Also being under weight can make you feel weak and your body might not be functioning properly. Physical fitness is also really fun. It can help relieve stress and just have a moment without technology in this electronic world we live in.
