Class Evaluation

1.  Things I liked was that I learned a lot about jobs that I didn't even know existed. I also got a chance to get in touch with my future goals. It really gave you a boost to strive for better. I also enjoyed the CTR card checks. Everybody seemed to be having a good time and it was just overall funny.
2. Things I didn't like were speaking out loud. I mean I don't mind it but i'm really shy. I also didn't agree with the fact that we never changed seats. 
3. Change seats every month! 
4. Well like I had mentioned, it gave me a chance to get in touch with my personal goals. I always had them but after awhile I would forget all about them. So it helped me to strive for my goals. 
5. Yes, I would try my best. The class was fairly simple. I already had a computer class, in the 6th grade, also I'm into computers. It was a piece of cake. 
6. Sometimes, because I get busy with homework and sometimes I just forget but over the summer I will try to read it when I can.
7. Yes, because I know that being a CTR person will lead you to becoming someone greater in life, also someone that knows values. 
8. I would teach them the art of CTR! 
9. I will always remember the snake quote. "You knew what I was when you picked me up."

Reflection:

 Having CTR on a day to day basis, makes you a better person. It helps you have tactfulness that is needed in this generation. Every time you choose what is right. You slowly begin to climb. Soon enough you will be at the top. But just because you are here, doesn't mean you should stop climbing. Because soon enough you will fall back down. Try to climb as high as you can! Continue to flourish, reach your goals, and last but not least BE CTR!

Reflection:

In life you have two options, to either choose what's right or wrong. The one filled with positivity or the one with evil. Things that are bad, won't seem wrong because of the fact that they are so easy to do. The ultimate choice is simple. It will conclude how the rest of your life might be. You should always choose what is right. You know that your destiny changes depending on your actions. Be the person you want, like they say '' treat others the way you want to be treated.'' Be CTR!

                                 Student Success Statement

Reflection:
The lady used to work as a waitress, and she was serving an older man. Then he decided to give her a 20,000 dollar tip. This payed for her tuition. Now she is a registered nurse, and is currently going to get her master's degree. The older man is also going to be paying her master's degree tuition as well. The lady and the man showed true character.

Reflection: This statement relates to current society. If we didn't have a president,the world will turn into madness. Also possibly there will be a tyrant. An example for this quote is the difference between studying for the test and or copying someone else. If you study, you knew your place as a student and understood the assignment. Unlike the lazy ones, the ones that don't study, fail. They might not fail right away, but as they get older. All that stuff they were supposed to study on comes back in the final. There will be no more cheating. The consequences could lead to retaking the course.

                Current Event "Health Related Issue"

A current event is the Zika Virus.  It's becoming a worldwide epidemic because of it's connection to neurological brain disorder that results in babies being born with abnormally small heads, and for it's rapid spread across the globe. It is  estimated that about 3 million to 4 million people across  America will be infected with the virus in the next year. Researchers are working hard in order to  try and create a Zika vaccine. Also there is no treatment or cure available the only protection against Zika to to avoid traveling areas where the infestation is taking place.

Reflection:
The issue could potentially affect me in the long run, because of the fact that this epidemic is spreading so vigorously. By the next year it is estimated to grow about 3 to 4 million, imagine if the vaccine is never produced the numbers would sky rocket and the infestation will only continue to spread.

                           Malik Stewart & Roman Chapa

                  Roman Chapa was charged with using an electrical device on a horse, in order to cheat his way through the race and have him win. I was really devastated when I heared this, he forced the hourse to do more than he can. Malik Stewart on the other hand showed true honor. After he had lost his match, he still went up to the winning boy's father and shook his hand. I thought what he did was really respectful. Everyone was a winner here.
